Mombo...the new nursing pillow

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Comfort and Harmony for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

So I've recently found out about this new Mombo pillow and I must say I'm impressed! For my two boys I was obsessed with the Boppy pillow for feeding and having my babies lay down to sleep. However this new Mombo seems like the Boppy but with nice new added features. First off, it has a vibrating feature which would be very nice to soothe your little one while feeding or laying down.  How cool is that, to have a vibrating feature right there while you are snuggling with your little one!   My babies have always liked the vibration movement.  It also has one side that's firm and the other that's softer.  What a great idea to give you the choice of firmness!  And also to give the option of what your baby wants.   Some babies are pretty particular, yes I have some experiemce with  knowing this!  =)  Also some of their covers have these little taggies like the one shown below which I think is awesome if you have a baby like mine that were obsessed with taggies! I think it is adorable when my baby reaches out to grab a taggie and rub his fingers over it.  And sometimes mine likes to just suck and chew on the taggies.  Definitely weird, but whatever keeps him happy!   I definitely am getting one of thesemombo nursing pillow for my next baby!

These are sold at Babies R Us and come in so many colors and fabrics! Check them out!best nursing pillow

Go check them out on Facebook hereComfort & Harmony on Facebook and make sure you like them to stay up to date on products and offers.  They are also on Twitter Comfort & Harmony on Twitter so check them out there too!

I love how all these new products keep coming out to make life so much easier with little ones!  No, it isn't a "necessity" but it sure is nice and makes life easier when you are getting hardly any sleep and dealing with diapers and clean ups all day long!  The Mombo is a welcome relief!

Juice Box with Wings!

Sooo...does anyone else get really frustrated with juice boxes and little hands squeezing the juice all over the place??

I was seriously to the point where I refused to buy juice boxes.  It didn't matter how carefully I explained the correct way to hold the juice box.
"Just hold right here at the top like Mommy."
Then BAM...their little chubby hands grab it and juice comes streaming out!

Well, a friend was over recently and I brought out juice boxes (it was a special occasion so I had splurged).  I over hear her say something to her daughter about holding the wings.
"Say what??"

She then proceeded to present the most genius idea I had heard of!
Pull the tabs out at the top of the juice box like this.

Then tell your child to hold their juice box by its wings!!

Voila!!

Parking a Large Car in a Normal Garage

I don't know if I am the only one who has this problem, but they don't make garages very big these days it seems. We have a 3 car garage and it BARELY fits 2 cars!
And the cars are parked from end to end in there!!  I am not gonna lie, I have ran into the wall because I was trying to get the front of my car in as far as I could so that the garage door would close behind me!
Well I saw a great idea the other day on Pinterest and I had to share it with you all because I think it is genius!

What you need:
*pool noodle ( found mine at Big Lots for $2)
*a couple of screws

Line up your pool noodle with the part of your front bumper that sticks out the farthest.
Screw it into the wall.
You're done!

Now, when you get too close, you hit your car softly against a soft foam noodle and not the drywall!  =)

Car Care...even a Mom can do it!!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Pep Boys for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I am sure most of you didn't know this, but I used to work at an auto parts store in high school.  I didn't have a clue what anything was, I mostly just ran the register.  But I did learn a few things in the year or so that I worked there.  Some things have been useful to know, others not so much.

Well, now that I am a mom, a busy mom running around doing carpool and shuffling kids to sports and activities all day long, car care is something that is good to have under the belt.  Especially since most of the time I am running around without the hubby.

Well, did you know that October is Headlight Safety Month, the perfect time for drivers to address a key safety isse on America's roads that rarely comes to light: dim headlight bulbs and hazy lenses, which may lead to reduced visibility.  As Daylight Savings Time nears, and kids hit the streets for trick-or-treating, the importance of clear nighttime visibility increases.

I was recently turned on to a Headlight Restoration Kit3M.jpg (4 documents, 4 total pages) from Pep Boys logo.JPG (3 documents, 3 total pages).  No tools are required and it comes at a fraction of the cost of professional cleanings!  It works easily on most plastic lenses, including taillights, trailers, snowmobiles, emergency vehicle light bars, plastic motorcycle lights and more.  This kit seems so easy to use, designed specifically as the perfect "tool" for moms to take care of their car and kids too.  Most of the time I am traveling by myself with a car full of kiddos and it will give me comfort to know I have a 3M.jpg (4 documents, 4 total pages) on hand to help me see better in dark or rough weather.

Check out the difference from before the kit and after the kit...beforeandafter.jpg (4 documents, 4 total pages)

Go check out your local Pep Boys storePep Boys stores and grab a headlight restoration kit to have on hand...I am thinking this will really come in handy this season!
